  • EASA extends validity of Israel CZIB

    The Conflict Zone Information Bulletin (CZIB) on Israel has been updated and its validity extended until December 8, 2023. The description was updated to reflect the current situation based on consultation and agreement with the European Commission and Member States. There are no changes to the recommendations.
  • EASA published first Easy Access Rules for Information Security

    The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published the first Easy Access Rules (EAR) for Information Security. This publication contains the rules and procedures for the management of information security risks with a potential impact on aviation safety for organisations and authorities, displayed in a consolidated, easy-to-read format, with advanced navigation features through links and bookmarks.
  • First D4S General assembly

    EASA’s Data4Safety (D4S) initiative has been built as a voluntary and collaborative partnership between EASA, the EASA Members States and the Aviation Industry to make the most of the available aviation intelligence to identify and manage safety risks at European level. It also supports data-driven changes in the fields of aviation safety and sustainability.
  • EASA and ESAM sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

    EASA and the European Society of Aerospace Medicine (ESAM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on September 25 to foster aviation medicine knowledge and harmonise the relevant requirements in Europe and around the world. The overall aim is to achieve a similar level of safety and reduce the risk of incapacitation.
  • EASA issues CZIB for airspace of Israel

    欧盟航空安全机构issued a Conflict Zone Information Bulletin (CZIB) for the airspace of Israel. The CZIB is issued based on information currently available to EASA and the European Commission in order to share information which is considered necessary to ensure the safety of flights over zones of interest.
